The manual and a zillion places on the web say that you can adjust the drag factor. Mine shows up set at 90% but for the life of me I can't see how to change it and the manual is no help. It seems like it would be in the rider information area but there is nothing there to change. Anyone?

Which program are you trying to change it in? The Coaching or 3D? I just got mine but will poke around and see if I can find it.
Do you know how to export a file and get it to read in WKO or Training Peaks? I can export it but I get an error in Training Peaks and it doesn't show any data in WKO. I have opened the txt file and it has information in it. Sorry to ask a question in your question post but I am hoping maybe you could help.

Silly me, I finally stumbled on the answer to my question. Simply press the + or - key on the little head unit to change the drag factor. I assumed it would be done on the PC.
