Computer magnet on carbon wheels?

Hi, ive had the same problem with a pair of mavic tri spoke and a friend had the same prob with a disc wheel. Never use superglue as it may corrode the wax on the carbon. I used black electrical tape to tape it on, just enough to make sure it stayed on and didnt fly off whilst riding.
"I used a cateye magnet with a 'ECO' reciever, there different and it worked". But before you stick the magnet onto the wheel, get the reciever and magnet and run the magnet back and forth past the reciever and see if theres a reading on the speedo, make sure the correct side of the magnet is against the reciever.
