    I am interested in setting up my 9speed Ultegra equipped bike with a
    compact triple crank. Specfically, the crank is a 48/38/28, 110/74 setup.

    What front derailleur shall I use?

    From what I gather reading on the 'net with the 48 tooth big ring, it's
    somewhere a between the ideal of a XT/XTR and a 105 triple.

    Anyone else have such a setup? If so, what works best.
