What can you do if you don't fit into a small compact road frame and feel "stretched" in a medium sized?
Is the seat fore/aft the only thing that you can adjust?

So have you committed to a bike yet? If not, have your bike shop fit you. If they can't, find one that can. You won't be sorry. Many bike manufacturers don't limit their frames to small, medium and large. You're buying a bike, not an order of french fries ;-).
Find out what sized frame you need by checking with your local bike shop.
