Hi,
just wondering if anyone out there has got a pannier from these folk (
http://www.twowheelgear.com/ ) and if so what their thoughts were.
Also if anyone else knows of other panniers that will accommodate
trousers, shirt and jacket without having to roll them up I would be
very interested. I've done a lot of searching and either I need a white
stick or there isn't much available in this type of pannier.

I was about to suggest the Altura Suit Carrier that I use but a glance
at the importer's website (www.zyro.co.uk) doesn't appear to list it
anymore. If they do still exist, they do exactly what you want and will
quite easily carry a suit, 5 shirts, shoes etc.
Ortleib do a suitcase type thing that fits across the top of the rack
but I have never even seen one in the flesh, let alone experimented.
