Just watched Dateline on SBS TV. Good item on communal bikes in the French city of Lyon. Very good. First 30 minutes free and then pay by card. All run by an advertising company and the local council is very pleased. A bike rack every 100m and paid advertising to offset costs. Maintenance requirements logged to onboard computer and location by GPS (?) Dateline is repeated Thursday at 1.00 PM
