So I caught a cold. Not too uncommon when you work in the heath care field. Caught it Wednesday and it just keeps lingering, 5 days now. When you get a cold, but you're training, do you stay off the bike completely to recuperate, cut your cycling 1/2, or just force yourself to keep going? Share your thoughts.

When I use to race I would take easy rides, now that I don't race I don't ride if I get a cold. Problem with me is that the more I ride the less I get colds so normally it's not issue. I haven't had a cold in 3 or 4 years. If I get the flu there is no way I'm riding...duh!
