  1. Ankle got rolled and popped in-and-out real quick. [censored] doctors, it's a sprain. Starting to resemble and function similarly to a normal human joint at this point.

I am wondering if anyone has any pointers on getting back on the bike with an injury like this. I generally go by the Dr Moe Howard prescription when it comes to physical activity following an injury - "it hurts when I lift my arm" "then don't lift your arm" - but would like to be fairly sure I'm not going to aggravate anything and set myself back.

  2. Chavez, I tend to treat injuries the same way you do, so I don't have any great words of wisdom.

But, I hope your ankle improves quickly....just don't do too much too soon.

  3. Slight feeling of muscle fatigue in the heel, but the ankle held up well on a hilly 15 mi ride today.
