I recently picked up a set of NOS Colnago Super decals. Ready to add to my fram but am concerned about how to apply them. Are they Rub-ons, waterslides, varnish fiexed? The LBS I bought them at didnt know. They came attached to a clear plastic topsheet with an opaque paper underneath. Will they need to be clear coated? the decals seem to be for a mid-late 80's model.
