Colnago CLX 2.0

I have just over 3000 miles on mine and am very happy with it.

It is not the lightest bike out there, mine has Campag. Centaur groupset, Fulcrum Racing 3 wheels and FSA alloy bars and stem. It weighs 17.5lbs(8Kgs.)with pedals, computer and two bottle cages.

Everything else about the bike I love, it's an out and out race bike,it's very stiff, very responsive and has pin sharp handling. On the other hand it's very comfortable over long distances.

There is a certain kudos with Colnago(even the ones made in Taiwan), they just look great and attract a lot of compliments from cyclists and non cyclists alike.

The frame is good enough to warrant upgrading in the future, better wheels at some point,for me is probably as good a bike as I will ever need.

I also think that its reasonable value, my complete build was a lot less than some other more mainstream brands(Trek, Cannondale and Specialized etc)would have cost off the shelf.

How well does it climb? My Cervelo climbed really well. Is it comfortable for all day rides? Thanks for responding

It climbs fine (for me anyway) and is very comfortable on long all day ride.
