Hey all,
I live in North Carolina and its starting to get cold down here (go figure, right?). I've cut my training back for the winter to about 300 miles per week. I've found that when I get back from my rides and start cooling down on the mile loop around my school, my muscles tense up. I stretch for min. of 30 minutes after my rides but still, in a few hours my legs feel like junk. I'm wearing the proper clothing and things on my rides. Any ideas? Do my legs just need time to acclimate? Thanks.
