Cold Set Frame 135 to 145

Actually, in case it makes you feel any better about your project, 5mm
is .197" .

3/16" is .187"

Therefore, if you know that you will not be moving anywhere near 1/4"
but only 3/16", I think you will see that your project is VERY
'doable'.

And, yes, I have done this more than once.

I know my frame was cold set by that amount at the shop, to fit in the
tandem hub.
