    Do you guys put grips or tape on your bar ends? Or anything else? They get a little chilly at a point before I need gloves to keep my hands warm. I commute and run errands barehanded, weather permitting.

    Lizard Skins used to make a neoprene and lycra wrap for bar ends that were comfy and very durable. I have still seen them around browsing catalogs and website cycle parts houses. I have had them on my first mountain bike since 95'. Still look pretty good, but will rip in a crash against pavement.

  3. I wrap mine with some cloth bar tape from my local bike shop. It gives a better grip too.
