  1. I shop a lot at Vitacost, have never had problems with anything. I think
they probably move their merchandise pretty fast as their prices and
shipping are very competitive. If you want to get another 6% off in the
form of a rebate sign up with Ebates. I go through Ebates for a lot of my
online shopping, they have quite a few popular vendors, and since I signed
up in 2000 I have received $443 in rebates. If you sign up through the URL
below I will get credit for you but that's up to you.

Wow, that's cheap. It very occasionally goes on sale for that price
here. I wonder if it's within the freshness control dates?

  2. The one for $11.99 on Jim's website is only 12 oz, too. If you buy the five
pound bag its $12 a pound. The 7.99 for 12 oz works out to $10.65 a pound.

Thanks; I've been signed up with ebates and shopped at vitacost for
years now. They're often the lowest price on the supplements I buy.

Thanks. I buy it in the store for $11.99 for a full lb. so vitacost is
still a bit cheaper, just not as cheap as it looked at first glance.

  17. If your a French roast lover- get a decent decaf bean and try reroastiong
it- You wouldnt want to go through the trouble all the time, but its
different, and wont keep you up at night. Also- the French roasts have
    slightly less caffeine.

there is a newsgroup on roasting- it gets extreme for the average guy, but
you will learn more than you ever wanted to know.

I drink a lot less coffee now that I'm taking better care of myself- the day
starts out with my vitamins- 2 large glasses of water THEN coffee. after
the water, 2 cups is plenty.
