Maintenance is going really well, given my steady Fitday logging, so, I
decided to go buy some Jalapeno Smokehouse almonds today. I had no craving,
I just felt at 7 pounds below goal, I could indulge. It was just a matter
of picking the proper food I would enjoy.

The frankenfood factor of the spices is questionable, but the nuts
themselves are great, so maybe the health effects cancel out to neutral. At
    least I can hope that.

Weight? It will be up a bit, then by a week from now all will be fine.

I had been scared about maintenance. Now I feel cocky.

That is dangerous, at least according to my experience.

Do your best to be cautious and remember that it has gotten away from
    you in the past.

Nobody wants to see you go through that again.
