Anyone still ride with clips? I could never get used to clipless shoes. I like the full feel of the pedal and the comfort of a real shoe. Call me crazy?

OK....You're crazy.
At least with clipless pedals you have a fighting chance of getting your foot out in unforeseen circumstances. -

I used to ride with toe-clips and the shoes that had the little "cleat" that fit over the edge of the pedal cage. Once you were cinched in, it was a B-I-T-C-H to get out! With clipless pedals it's a peice-o'-cake in comparison. Plus they're more efficient.

Tcklyde, whatever works for you is what works for you... particularly if you've already given clipless a fiar shake.
I'm definitely in personal agreement with the rest of the field here, though -- clips are scary. Clips make me fall. Clipless jobs feel safe to me...

With clips more then once I have made a fool of myself by not getting my foot out fast enough.... I REALLY like my Looks... It seems when ever I topple my foot automaticly rotates and I'm out of at least one of the pedals shortly after I find myself on the ground!
I learned when using clips you didn't cinch them down tight until you need to have them tight!!! Like anything else it's a matter of practice.
A silly question... Have you tried using your clipless for an extended period of time?
Some cleats are larger then others. Maybe you're using the wrong style of clipless cleat???? Look style cleats and pedals offer about the largest cleat/ pedal combination there is. As far as shoes go I find little or no difference whether they were for/ used with clips or not?
That's my experience...For what it worth!
