pedal threading.Perhaps you meant 1/2x20tpi (American) or 14x1.25 (Metric)?

YES! They do exist. I bought a pair several years ago for my Tunturi
egometer.1/2" thread. double sided spd with platform. They were from the BMX
end of the biz. Don't remember the brand.good luck finding them now.
