    AFAIK, virtually all of them use 9/16x20tpi; that's standard English
    pedal threading.

    Perhaps you meant 1/2x20tpi (American) or 14x1.25 (Metric)?

  4. YES! They do exist. I bought a pair several years ago for my Tunturi
    egometer.

    1/2" thread. double sided spd with platform. They were from the BMX
    end of the biz. Don't remember the brand.

    good luck finding them now.
