i would like to change to using clipless pedals. is the egg beater gd?
or clipless wif platform support would be gd?
any reccomendations?

Eggbeaters are good, but if you've never used clipless before it's not a bad idea to start out with something that has a bit of an extra platform around it. This does two things; gives you a reference point so you can locate the place where you should engage your cleat, and gives you something more to push against should you not actually get clipped in.

You can find Eggbeater Candys in all the catalogs for $50 right now. Your choice yellow or white. My buddy got some a while ago, and he digs em. Small platform, easy engage and disengage. As for me, I like my Times
