I don't know how long these will stay up (I don't plan on ordering any
of these), but here's some shots of me from the Cleveland 10K

I was dressed for rain with a tech tee shirt, but it was really too
warm for the weather we got that day. I still had some sprint left at
the end. Notice I wore the nike Free. I think a 10K is about the limit
I will run in those. (I got a small blister, which I think was due to
running on flat pavement, and not enough training miles in the Free).
Short race report:
I paced a friend from work since this was his first race. According to
the mile markers we did 10:30 pace for the first 4miles, but crossed
mile 5 at about 40:30. So I think that marker was off even though most
of that mile was downhill. It was humid, but the threatened rain never
came. I finished with a chip time of 1:02:21. It was a fun race, and
lots of snacks afterward.
