What is the most efficient cleat position? Where do you measure it from?
I've seen some discussion which talks about different positions for different size shoes in relation to the pedal axle and the ball of the feet. Only problem is the talk is in mm, which is pretty precise. I assume the measurement is from the centre of the axle, but where exactly on the foot?
BTW I'm a size 46
