  1. I just bought a new road bike after being away from it for a while. I've gone fairly hard for the last month logging over 600km.

Recently, I've put a new set of Shimano 105 road pedals on my bike and have noticed that the alignment of the left cleat is limited because of my shoes - it's keeping my foot a bit too far to the outside. I don't know if it's because of this, but I'm starting to get pain on the outside of my left knee.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

    Thanks,
    Sean

  2. yes i had knee pain when i first started using clipless pedals. i got to cleat alignment as part of a bike fitting and that solved the problem. ask your lbs about it, should take about 15 minutes and be pretty cheap.
