Thank you for your e-mail message regarding recent Bob and Madison morning show broadcasts on G105.

Our morning show includes a good deal of animated banter, between callers and on-air personalities,
that can be both humorous and caustic. The intention is always to entertain our listeners. During a
couple of shows this week, time was spent by callers and on-air personalities discussing driving and
cyclists. During this discussion, comments were made which at the time we felt were humorous in
nature. In retrospect we feel that the some of the comments were inappropriate, and for that we
sincerely apologize.

Be assured that G105 does not advocate harm to cyclists. Again, thank you for your message and
please feel free to write or phone me in the event I can be of service.

Best regards,

Ken Spitzer

Regional Vice President

G105-FM Radio

Hey, cut them some slack, will ya? Everyone is entitled to learn from their mistakes. By the way,
here's some of what's planned for the coming weeks:

Iraq: Just nuke the whole damn thing, oil doesn't get cancer! Iran: Nuke them, too. Womens Sports:
Enough is enough, get them back in the kitchen! Budweiser: Better than all those pricey Yurrupeen
beers California: Land of 35 million stupid people Blacks: Should they be all rounded up and
confined to inner-cities? Jobs going overseas: What the hell do we care, we're DJ's! NASCAR: The
only true sport! ******: Misunderstood genius Dogs, Cats, Horses and Old People: Running them down
for sport Handicap Parking: Why you should park your 4WD SUV in their spots Meixco: Neutron bomb and
start over again People who actually work for a living: We laugh at you!

Nice "responce".

Lets not demean cyclists by making analogies to them involving filthy ****ers. And besides, they
mostly are rounded up and confined to the inner-cities of their own accord.

When will people learn? Trying to situate ****ers somewhere decent is utterly useless because they
promptly turn it into a ghetto, as is illustrated in the following post:

-----------------

"Yup, it's the welfare. I'm originally from Minnesota. Back in the late 80s, there was a lot of
criticism of the Twin Cities being "lily white" and a lot of talk about the need to "increase
diversity".

Well, most of the blacks up there are originally from Chicago--lured in by the ease of qualification
and the generosity of welfare benefits.

Every now and then you'd see an article in the paper about some ****er family moving out to the
suburbs into an $180,000 townhome for which they were paying only a few hundred dollars rent per
month for the subsidized unit. The liberals were always saying how great it was because it was
increasing diversity.

However, what the idiot moron liberals didn't understand was that there was nothing wrong with being
"lily white". They were jealous of the peace and prosperity enjoyed by whites--Minnesota used to
have one of the highest educational standards in the nation. I say "used to", because the ****ers
have brought that crashing down.

Minneapolis also got the nick name "Muderapolis" from the all the ****er homicides in the early
1990s. Crime exploded once the blackies arrived. Murders went from a few to close to a hundred one
year. Murders have settled back down to between 50 and 60.

According to the census, blacks represent 18% of the population in Minneapolis--those vile, ugly
****-skins are everywhere. However, blacks commit 58% of the murders.

By contrast, whites are 65% of the populace, but commit only 21% of the murders."

------------------------------

And we all know that the rest of the crime statistics tell the same story. Young ****er bucks
are a tiny percentage of the population, yet they commit a truly astounding proportion of the
total crimes.

Protect those expensive bicycles - make sure ****ers don't take over your neighborhood.

I noticed that there is a petitiion to the FCC to deny about 60 Clear Channel stations renewal of
their licenses. Perhaps "inciting manslaughter" should be added to the reasons. Anyone care to write
to essential.org to inform them of this latest instance of Clear Channel's disgraceful behavior? Or
maybe Ken Spitzer would be more responsive if his station was added to the petition.

Holy ****, are you kidding me

I say some stupid sh!t on here sometimes but this is uncalled for.

Racism on any level is just ********, it is so hard for me to believe that as a country we have
come so far yet a few of the worst mistakes that ever happened still haunt us and are still
serious problems.

I hop e I see one of you racist phucks somewhere in a race so I can put you into a black or brown
painted curb.

Ahhh yess.. The FCC... Michael Powell...

The same group that advocates a single entitity owning not only a Newspaper, but a radio station (
or two or three) as well as a TV station (or two or three) in the same city.

Yup, THIS is going to be effective... NOT!

This is the same FCC that's just been ***** slapped by Congress. There are at least 2 of the 5
commisioners who will listen even without fear of Congress.

expectations.

Hi Perfesser, I believe he has expectations of changing Man's basic nature. Perhaps when he grows up
he will admit to the immutability of Man's nature.

Just what we need, a thread cross-posted with a racist NG.

I miss those Alpine Skiers at times like these...

Something to ponder from Bob Mionske.

"...What happens if someone runs you off the road or hits you with a bottle, then claims that he was
encouraged by the radio station?

In general, one who commands, directs, advises, encourages, procures, instigates, promotes,
controls, aids or abets a wrongful act by another is considered as responsible as the person who
physically committed the act. The Federal Circuit Court for the District of Columbia considered the
case of Linda Hamilton, the live-in companion of Bernard Welch. Welch was a career burglar who,
during one of his robberies, killed a man. Although Hamilton participated in none of her paramour's
crimes, she lived off the proceeds of his burglaries and encouraged his activities. The family of
the murdered man sued her, and won. The Court reasoned that:"

"[A] person who encourages another to commit a tortuous act may also be responsible for other
foreseeable acts done by such other person in connection with the intended act."

"...The appeals court determined that freedom of speech was a non-issue in cases where a media
entity aids or abets in a crime or tort. Relying on the logic used in the Linda Hamilton case, the
court formed a three-prong test for determining if a media entity "aided or abetted" a criminal:

(1) the party whom the media outlet aids must perform a wrongful act that causes an injury; (2) the
media outlet must be generally aware of their role as part of an overall illegal or tortuous
activity at the time that they provides the assistance; (3) the media outlet must knowingly and
substantially assist the principal violation.

I think that a strong argument could be made that activities of the type carried on at the Raleigh,
Houston, and Cleveland radio stations could meet this test, especially considering that one company
owns the stations in all three markets."

I didn't see the cross post - if I did I wouldn't have replied - it bugged me that this was in the
RBR group (wouldn't doubt it totally though - we hardly talk about racing).

So to you phucks in alt.flame.****ers group -
1) I am not a black - african american - negro - ****er whatever you stupid ass phucks want
to call it
2) I live in a community that is known for a lot of rednecks (nascar fans / beef jerky fans)
and it is pathetic, most of the racism = uneducated people

Not gonna sit here and preach to you - karma comes around and hopefully you'll get yours in a bad
car accident, or something else that physically / mentally phucks you up.

Why would 'Karma' come around to cause us harm? Is it because our opinions differ from your opinion
with regard to the worth of negroes? What if we are right, and you are wrong, should 'Karma' place
you in a bad car wreck?

BTW, the basis of racism is familiarity and awareness, not ignorance.

Your friend,

A.T. who works diligently to manage negro expectations, Tapman

There is zero risk in that. Besides, I don't believe in "Karma". You will be judged, eventually.

You are delusional. The only reason you can find people that agree with you is because of the
Internet. Without it, you would have to face up to the fact that only a few stubborn and insecure
people think like racists these days. The quantities are declining each year, and each new
generation of "humans" becomes more tolerant of one another and also more racially mixed. One day
there will be very little ability to visibly discern the racial ethnicity of another human. By the
time that happens, there will be sections of history books dedicated to the study of people like
you. You will be looked at the way we now look at the Spanish Inquisition, the people of Salem
during their notorious Witch Trials, and other blatantly ingnorant people. Don't worry, I am sure
your ancstors will be too ashamed to mention your part in it so nobody will remember you.

In any case, I am done here. I never let racists go unchallenged, but there is a dimishing return in
an ongoing argument. After all, there is really no way for you to open yourself up to learning
anything, now is there? There is more to it that that.

Go ahead and call me a "Whigger" or "***** lover" and then you can have the last word in and then we
can both go back to our own part of the world.
