Cleansing the body involves all the organs of elimination which are
bowels, kidneys / urine, skin, lungs.
One of the most important things for cleansing the body is to keep the
pH level right as the body suffers if it gets out of the correct
range.

When the pH level is corrected other strategies can be used to rid of
accumulations including iridology, water fasts, juice fasts, herbs,
urine theraphy, colonics, supplements and others.
Paul Bragg, nature guru used to go on long fasts which he claimed
detoxified the body and this was certainly borne out by the state of
his arteries when he died at the age of 95 in a water skiing accident.
His arteries were said to be comparable to an 18 year old's. Fasting
is said to be the fastest way to cleanse the body according to many
nature cure people.
I know that certain naturapaths and iridologists use herbs to cleanse
certain parts of the body, and they claim they work quicker than
cellsalts.
Some people claim benefits from colonic irrigations which is a hose up
the rear end to flush out the bowel with water. However, the same
effect can be achieved with cellsalts by taking a large enough dose of
the correct cellsalt (depending on which one is deficient at the
time).
I predominantly resort to cellsalts to help cleanse the body and
correct the pH but other people use different strategies. However, if
a person gets a bit overweight, fasting is a good technique because it
kills two birds with one stone - actually 3, it cleanses the body,
takes off excess weight and saves money (economical).
There are other methods that naturapaths use but the above are the
main ones.
I may have missed some good therapy, so feel free to point out
anything that works.
