  1. Hi! I'm restoring an old Ross 10 speed and I a lot of rust on the chrome. Any suggestions for removing rust?
    Thank you,
    MIke

  2. I am not sure that this will help but I have good luck with Eagle One Nevr-Dull Metal Polish when detailing my car. I am not sure how much you have to take off but it does work. You can probably pick some up at a local auto parts store. Below is a link of what the can looks like.

    Good luck with the restoration

  3. Steel wool is your best friend. Yes it is picky, but it works like a charm.
Follow it with polish afore mentioned for best results.

  4. Autosol is also a good metal polish but follow it wil a less abrasive polish like Flitz when you are done. Any of the harsher polishes will leave the surface dull looking since it scratches.
