I wanted to use up. I put it in a pot along with a pack of frozen soup vegetables -- tomatoes,

tomato/chicken boullion cubes. The resulting soup was good. Some hot soup and crackers hit the
spot after all the rich holiday food.

Nifty. :-) Thanks for that! I still have quite a bit of meat on the goose carcass and the better
part of one roast duck left from Christmas, plus a few small servings of the rice pilaf....
Soup sounds good right now, especially since the weather just turned cold again.
Thanks for the supper idea! I'll go ahead and strip those carcasses, feed the fatty skin to the dogs
and chop up the meat, and simmer the carcasses for some stock...
Should be good. :-d
