    Hi there

    Ive got a Claud Butler Rock mountain bike at the moment, it has been a very good bike for the money (£199).

    Im am an occasional mountain biker and don't take it too seriously, however I would like to upgrade my bike to a full suspension + disc braked model. I have seen a Claud Butler Shamen (£499-new) and wondered if anyone has any reveiws or experience on this model.

    Alternativley could anyone give any feedback on any other makes at around £500 which would also suffice!
