I just started commuting to work on a bike, I was wondering if I could get some advice on equipment....
Ive seen some people with what seem to be jerseys with spine protection in them, but cant find any on the web. Does anyone have one, are they too clumbersome/ not worth the hastle for the protection they give? Could you let me know where I could buy one??
Also the pollution is really making my eyes and nose run /sting loads, obviosly some some sunglasses would help. Are those masks any good? Or do they just make you look like a storm trooper & stop you breathing properly??
