  1. Citrus Iced Tea

    This iced tea combines tea, citrus flavors and a hint of mint!

    2 quarts water, divided
    6 individual tea bags
    1 to 2 mint sprigs
    1/2 oz sugar-free lemonade soft drink mix (such as Crystal Light)
    2 cups orange juice
    Ice cubes

    In a Dutch oven bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Add tea bags and
    mint. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain; discard tea bags and
    mint. In a large container, combine lemonade mix and remaining
    water. Stir in the tea and orange juice. Cool. Serve over ice.

    Makes 8 servings.

    Per serving (1 cup): 32 cal., trace fat (0 sat. fat), 0 chol., 1 mg
    sodium, 7 g carbo., trace fiber, trace protein. Diabetic Exchange:
    1/2 fruit.
