Nice - don't recall having seen one. Try emailing Les at the
Atmospheric Optics site, he'll give you more info (and probably ask if
he can use your image on his site too!)

on Capri in 2003. It's obviously an Italian version of the phenomenon,
flattened like pizza!

I was in the Brecons (in Cwm Llwch) at the same time as you took the
photo, but didn't see any sign of your arc.

That looks a bit low, and the colours are also reversed so must be
something else. Have a look at:

I was at Cwm Llwch the afternoon before (8th). Someone turned up with
camera gear and a tripod. At first I thought he might be the departed
one, but he didn't match the photos I have seen.
