  1. I find that after thirty minutes or so I notice circulation problems in my
left foot. To alleviate this I remove my shoe from the pedal clip and
wiggle my foot around for about thirty seconds. These seems to work. Does
anybody experience this on a regular basis or know what this problem is all
    about?

I had a problem like that which I traced to the seat pressing against the back
of my leg. I cured it by moving the seat back about a centimeter.

Erm don't know what the problem is but I have problems with my left foot
    too.
If I'm out on a hard ride I start getting weird muscle problems in the arch
of my left foot, it starts to ache and feel really hot (I know this sounds
odd but I can only liken the experience to what I imagine microwaving your
own foot would feel like). I also get a strange, very uncomfortable feeling
in the middle toe on the same foot, it feels like a muscle or ligament has
'moved' from where it should be to somewhere it shouldn't.

Don't know what causes it, but it usually subsides between five minutes
and an hour or so after the ride is over, so I just ignore it and press
    on regardless.

    Hi DT

Could it be that the velcro or laces are too tight on that foot?
