    Mario Cipollini has announced that he and his wife of 12 years, Sabrina
    Landucci, are to separate. The couple decided by mutual agreement to
    dissolve their marriage after several attempts to save the relationship,

  2. Hmmmm, and according to some gossip columnist on eTalk Daily (an
    entertainment news show here in Canada) Lance and Sheryl may be
    splitting up.

    Hey, it happens. I'm sure lots of cyclists get divorced, only we don't
    hear about all of them because not all of them are famous. I wouldn't
    be surprised if cyclists had a really high divorce rate, considering
    how little time they spend at home.

    Worse than that. They are away from home during the season, leaving
    the wife to walk the dog and take out the garbage, along with
    everything else. Then in the off-season, they're around the house
    doing nothing, once they walk the dog and take out the garbage.

    I'm surprised that that many married bicycle racers make it through
    the winter alive. Must not have many sharp objects around the house.
