    Heya folks,

    I am sitting here winding down from work. Thinking that a nice
    Christmas morning chat would be really nice, before I head off to bed
    for a few hours.

    This afternoon, when I get up, I start putting together my Christmas
    dinner....I chose a standing rib roast, for those that might remotely
    care. I have been dry aging it for the last week.

    Anyone interested in chatting for a few (not sure how few before I
    start falling asleep)...???
