  1. Chop Suey Cake grease and flour a 13x9x2" baking dish

    2 cups Flour 2 cups Sugar 2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt 2 Eggs 1 20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple 1 cup
    Chopped Nuts

    Cream Cheese Frosting: 1 8 oz. package Cream Cheese 4 Tbsp.
    Butter or Margarine 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 cups Powdered Sugar

    Mix together eggs and undrained pineapple. Mix dry
    ingredients and stir in walnuts or nut of your choice. That
    was not a double edged referral to anything, "haha". Bake in
    a greased and floured 13x9x2" baking pan or dish, at 350
    degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Soften cream cheese and butter and mix together. Mix in
    remaining frosting ingredients. Frost cake while it is still
