  1. Hi I started 01/01/2004 at 100 kg. I was down to 75 kg on 31/03/2004. I'm
currently stable at 72 kg. Originally my ALT and BR were high an I presume
a result of fatty liver (I'm a non-drinker). My cholesterol was 6.0 in
March but it is now 6.9. Interesting all my liver function tests are now
within normal range. My ferritin remains high.

I don't actively pursue fat, but clearly if someone feeds me some roast pork
I'm not going to give up the crackle.

My current diet revolves around a fried egg (in olive oil not butter) in the
morning, some sort of roast meat (no vegetables) for lunch and an evening
meal of some sort of meat and lots of vegetables. This is followed with a
    bowl of fruit.

Is it time to start statins? I really don't want to change what I eat too
much. I'm at a good weight for 170 cm and like my new life.
