I've seen some tables which suggest that mutton has an even lower cholesterol level than even chicken . How can this be true ?
Please tell me where I could get my hands on a reliable cholesterol ( + triglycerides ) table on the www.
Many thanks & regards
Danny

Cholesterol content of food means nothing. The body makes its own blood cholesterol. There is no science to support the idea that a high fat or a high cholesterol diet causes high cholesterol levels in the blood.
If you want to improve your blood cholesterol levels get rid of refined carbs in your diet.
