    Chocolate Toffee Caramel Bars

    1 pkg. Pillsbury Butter Recipe Cake Mix
    1/3 cup oil 2 eggs
    2/2 pkg. (1 cup) chocolate. chips 1 cup vanilla milk chips 3 chocolate.-covered toffee
    candy bars, cut
    3/2 cup butter or marg. 32 vanilla caramels, unwrapped 14z can condensed milk

    Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9" pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; blend well.
    Stir in chocolate. chips, vanilla chips, and candy bar pieces. (Mixture will be thick.) Press half
    of mixture in bottom of greased pan. Bake at 350 F. 10 min.
