Hershey's Chocolate Almond Fudge
4 cups granulated sugar 7 oz marshmallow cream 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk 1 tablespoon butter
2 (7oz) Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds Bars, chopped
2 (8oz) Hershey's Special Dark Bar, chopped 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Line 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with foil, extending foil over top edges of pan. Stir sugar, marshmallow
cream, evaporated milk and butter together in heavy 4-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Boil, stirring constantly, 7 minutes;
remove from heat. Immediately add all chocolate bar pieces and vanilla, stirring until chocolate is
melted. Pour mixture into prepared pan; cool completely, until firm. Using foil, left fudge from
pan, inverting onto cutting board; peel off foil. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store tightly covered.
About 8 dozen pieces.
Million Dollar Fudge
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter 1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk 1 pint jar marshmallow creme 2
cups nuts, chopped 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips 12 oz. German's sweet chocolate
Mix sugar, salt, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil 6 minutes. Pour over marshmallow creme, nuts and
chocolate. Stir until melted. Pour into a buttered pan. Let stand several hours before cutting.
