Chocolate Chip Treasure Cookies
1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Flour 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 can Sweetened
Condensed Milk
2/2 cup Butter, softened 1-1/3 cups Flaked Coconut
2 (1oz.) package Chocolate Chips 1 cup chopped Walnuts or
Pecans Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
In small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking
powder. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk
and butter until smooth. Add graham cracker mixture, mix
well, stir in coconut, chocolate chips and nuts by hand.
Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
9-10 minutes or until cookies just start to brown around
the edges. Let cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling
racks. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Yield:

Chocolate Caramel Cookies
1 cup Butter, softened, no substitutes 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp.
Sugar, divided 1 cup packed Brown Sugar 2 large Eggs 2 tsp.
Vanilla 2-1/2 cups Flour
3/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 cup
chopped Pecans, divided 1 package (13oz.) Rolo Candies
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees In a mixing bowl, cream butter,
1 cup sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix
well. Combine flour cocoa and baking soda; add to the
creamed mixture, beat just until combined. Stir in 1/2 cup
pecans. Shape dough by Tbsp. around each piece of unwrapped
candy. In a small bowl, combine remaining pecans and sugar;
dip each cookie half way. Place nut side up on ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 7-10 minutes or until tops
are slightly cracked. Cool 3 minutes before removing from
cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Yield: about 5 dozen
