  1. For the lady needing a chocolate cake, this is not a multi layer dream but
    really a bar, but I think you all will love it.

    Chocolate Chess Cake

    1 box cake mix-I always use a fudge rather than devil's food
    1/2 (1 stick) butter melted
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Kahlua

    Beat until combined well. Spread in a greased 9X13 pan. Go up the
    edges just a bit. Top with the folling mixture

    1 box powdered sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 8 oz. cream cheese soft
    3 Tbsp. cocoa

    Beat until well blended, spread on top of the crust mixture. Bake at
    325 degrees for 40 minutes. Don't overcook. Like brownies this dosen't need
    to be dry to be done.
