Tbsp Ground bean sauce 3 Tbsp Hoisin sauce 2 Tbsp Sesame paste
1/4 cup Honey 2 Tbsp Dark soy sauce
* cut into two or three strips across the bone
Rub ribs all over with 1 tablespoon sugar and let stand for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450F.
