  1. Chilly Pizza Roll

    Makes 6 servings

    Nonstick cooking spray
    Cornmeal (optional)
1 10-ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
    1 3.5-ounce package pizza-style Canadian-style bacon (1 1/2 inch diameter)
    2/3 cup pizza sauce
3 1-ounce pieces string cheese, cut in
    half, crosswise

Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. If desired, lightly
sprinkle cornmeal over baking sheet. Set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza dough. Press dough to form a 13
    1/2-by-9-inch rectangle. Cut into six 4 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch squares.
Place Canadian bacon in center of each square. Top with pizza sauce and
    string cheese.
Bring up two opposite edges of dough and pinch to seal. Place on prepared
baking sheet, seam side down. Bake in 400-degree oven for 13-18 minutes or
until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack. Cool. Wrap each sandwich in
plastic wrap; chill for 4-24 hours.
Pack in insulated containers with ice packs.
