Decided to make chilli con carne tonight. Got an old recipe that I got from a friend's mother.... works every time. Cook mine with the beans in, not on the side 🙂 Seem to remember an old argument about that too!
BTW can any of you Brits out there tell me what the weather's like in West Sussex? My Mom is going back to UK in a week or two, and she doesn't know what to pack!! 🙂 I know you are supposed to be going into summer but you never know 😉
