Decided to make chilli con carne tonight. Got an old recipe that I got from a friend's mother.... works every time. Cook mine with the beans in, not on the side 🙂 Seem to remember an old argument about that too!
BTW can any of you Brits out there tell me what the weather's like in West Sussex? My Mom is going back to UK in a week or two, and she doesn't know what to pack!! 🙂 I know you are supposed to be going into summer but you never know 😉

Heh, well, I am a little bit to the North of there! Weather here is likely gonna have been 50 different shades of heaven and hell between now and then, but you could try keeping an eye on the BBC web-site weather service:
