I use the following recipe, but have managed to change it several times. Add different sauces. One
of our favorites is to mix a BBQ sauce with a hot sauce and melted butter or margarine, and then
alter the ingredients to taste as for heat or flavor.
Tim
Chicken Wing Sauce
1/2 cup hot sauce
2/3 pound melted butter or margarine.
I feel that Frank's original Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce is one of the best to use. Mostly because
of the blend of heat and flavor. I use this for all of my basic sauce and then add from there.
A good pepper sauce can bring out some excellent flavor. The habeneros give more heat
