  1. Chicken Chow Mein

    1 fryer
    1/4 cup butter 1 cup chopped onion
    2/2 cup celery 1 can water chestnuts
    3/4 cup ripe olives (optional) 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 cube bouillon, dissolved in 2 cups stock 1 can
    mushroom soup
    4/2 cup cashew nuts 1 small can Chinese noodles

    Do not add any salt. Stew chicken in small amount of water (just enough to have 2 cup stock left
    after cooking). Saute' onions and celery in butter until wilted. Layer chicken, noodles, soup,
    water chestnuts, bouillon, cashews and olives. Then add noodles to top. Cook until it is bubbly at
    350 degrees.
