What's your opinion:
i say that the runners should be given refunds because they DIDNOT
receive what they PAID for.
it's like paying for a product or service that was never rederred.
disreguarding the wheather the race should had not been stopped.
if we only wanted to run 12mi we all could have stayed home and saved
a bunch of $$$$,instead someone has a heavier pocket thanks to all of
us who left VERY disappointed and i hope this does affect Chicago's
2016 chances on the olympics.
if you can't handle a marathon how in heel are you going handle the
summer olympics in August when it may be 90 degrees +.
