  1. For those who have read my "throat chakra hot spot"
(which was [and is a bit] actually at the upper breastbone
notch, so a bit below the throat chakra) and
"shakti/kundalini buzz" posts, here is a brief update.

On Thursday night while walking home I got a fairly
strong third eye probe, but it was just a minor
    nuisance.

On Friday night and early on Saturday and to a
lesser extent since I began experiencing zones
of chi congestion at various spots on my body,
probably 65% on back body and 35% on front body.

When I patted such areas there would be a sudden
    rush/release of chi.

Now this may occur to a lesser extent now when I slap
a muscle knot (area of tension) fairly hard but in this
case there was not always a muscle knot and the release/rush
    was at times much stronger.

Now I suspect that the flow of chi and the flow of
consciousness may be related so such shifting
knots might be sort of disruptions in consciousness
flow which my attention is called to and which
end when I pat the area, but that is speculative
and I am interested in possible traditional
    explanations.

Though this is aimed more at alt.meditation.qigong
people I have crossposted it to misc.health.alternative
and during the week will read replies there since
    I don't have access to alt.meditation.qigong during
the week except by http://groups.google.com .

I don't think I am out of my low/hermit years yet
though it is now at a bit more than 7.5 years so
the integer part is still 7 years but it rounds
up to 8 years. See my web page if you are unsure
what I mean by that but basically I am again hoping
for a solar flare and associated clear sky lightning
driven waning crescent high beginning as early as
last quarter and ending my hermit/low years and
coming just short of 12 years after my first such high.

The chi congestion zones I then described were also
    just a minor nuisance.

You certainly are 'high' on some type of hallucinogen

No, I'm not; why would you say that?

For the few who have followed me since 1998 and/or who
have read my web page, in the past few days there has
also been a recurrence of the invisible bum pokes
that began in the fall of 1998 and went away when I
started olanzapine in early 1999 (off by mid-March 2003).
However the associated forehead tendrils (like invisible worms
writhing around on my forehead, not like the direct probe mentioned
above) have not recurred very much yet. And the invisible
bum pokes are not, unlike late 1998, yet so persistent and
all-night-lasting that they are disrupting my sleep much
yet or such that I would want to go on an alternative
to olanzapine such as Seroquel (which I don't want to
do since it might block my next waning crescent high,
which would be manageable on lithium). However if
they get worse and start substantially disrupting my
sleep I may have to try Seroquel for a while at least
and hope that the waning crescent high will still break
through at least a little and end my low years and
then I would come off Seroquel but stay on lithium.

OK, I bet only a very few will find that of interest.
