How do I get a more defined chest. I do a lot of bench press type stuff from
different angles. Haven't had great results. Also, I'm trying to get more
back definition. This has been hard as well. Maybe the two areas are
related.
Any ideas.

They are related. Lose fat and both will become better defined

Pushing the weights builds the muscle, while cardio and diet increase
the definition.
I'd go with a pyramid on bench and incline bench for chest. Some flyes
as well. And bent rows and pulldowns - also pyramid, three or four sets
of increasing weight and decreasing reps: 12, 8, 6, 6.
Half hour a day of treadmill or running. You can't spot reduce. The fat
will leave your body all over and not from the middle of the bucket.
Cut the junk from your diet. Do you drink soda? Cutting the cola can
knock off calories easily.
Best of luck.
