Regarding esophageal cancer... Is there any significant
difference in the best chemotherapy in treating Squamous CC
(which normally afflicts the upper esophagus) and
adenocarcinoma (which is usually in the gastric junction)?
Will the traditional 5FU/Cisplatin work just as well as
Carbo/Taxol or some other medicines?
