  1. There was an interesting article in the newspaper this
    morning about chemicals and toxins in the body and various
    diets. This one profile three people, two omnivores and a
    pesco vegetarian. The vegetarian ate a lot of organic food.
    Contrary to what some might expect, the vegetarian did not
    have the lowest levels of chemicals and toxins. Au
    contraire.

    Obviously, this isn't as simple as what people eat. That makes it even more
    worrisome, unless you can arrange to never breathe air or drink water.
